Six Sigma Consultant – ACH Commercial Origination Transformation

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Six Sigma Consultant to support a commercial origination transformation initiative focused on improving process efficiency, reducing origination cycle times, and creating a standardized future-state operating model. The consultant will help analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, evaluate solutions, and develop a business case to support future implementation efforts.

Primary Objectives

• Reduce end-to-end commercial origination cycle times.
• Improve visibility through dashboard and reporting capabilities.
• Establish a scalable, standardized commercial origination process across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process mapping, analysis, and future-state process design activities.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Develop business cases, solution recommendations, and executive-level presentations.
• Evaluate technology capabilities and vendor solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Support the development of origination dashboards and reporting capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Leverage Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent).
• Show strong experience in business analysis, process improvement, and transformation initiatives.
• Possess proven ability to develop business cases and executive presentations.
• Have experience gathering requirements and designing future-state processes.
• Be familiar with Salesforce and sales onboarding workflows.
• Able to assess system capabilities and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
