Sitter - Float Pool - Full-Time Nights

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and document patient status regularly, ensuring safety and visibility.
• Support environmental safety checks and troubleshoot telesitter connectivity issues.
• Assist in patient transport, verifying identity and communicating with the care team.
• Engage with patients and families to promote healing, address needs, and contribute to care plans.
• Maintain infection control standards, promote safety, and ensure a clean environment.
• Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and families, reporting concerns and updates.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• Required certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support).
• Prioritization of preferred completion of CNA/CMA training or nursing clinicals.
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and emergency response skills.
