Responsibilities Leads IT support at the site level, handling escalated tickets and critical system issuesMentors junior engineers and implements IT best practicesEnsures operational uptime and reliable IT services Qualifications High School with 6 years (or commensurate experience) Required Skills And Experience 6 years experience in IT supportPossesses expert-level IT field support and leadership skills, enabling the management and direction of complex service request fulfillment and network/computer systems administration across multiple operating systemsDemonstrates advanced proficiency in mobile device support, intricate desk-side tasks, and deployment strategiesPossesses the ability to provide comprehensive IT support for TSA airport staff, regional management staff, TSA executivesExhibits leadership in evaluating service performance, actively managing and documenting tickets, ensuring high-quality resolution, system optimization, and recommending significant changes for overall service deliverySkilled at applying lessons learned for the refinement of Knowledge Base (KB) articles in support of continuous process improvementDemonstrates exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strategic thinking for technology assignments, applies advanced troubleshooting expertise, and demonstrates strong leadership to ensure high-quality resolution and system optimization across multiple tasks Clearance Required: US citizenship is required to attain and maintain a DHS/TSA clearance Posted Salary Range: USD $62,000.00 - USD $72,000.00 /Yr.
