Site Supervisor (Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets)

About the role

The Site Supervisor at Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the shopping center, ensuring all vendors and tenants are operating within the guidelines set forth by the property management team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor and tenant compliance with policies and procedures
• Manage maintenance and repair requests
• Coordinate with property management team to address issues and improve operations
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail or commercial property management experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in retail or hospitality industry
• Knowledge of property management software and systems

Pay

$X per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
