Site Supervisor - Sports Specialist

About the role

The Site Supervisor - Sports Specialist is responsible for overseeing all sports activities at the city park. They ensure that all equipment is in good condition and that safety protocols are strictly adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all sports activities including planning, organizing, and supervising events.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and safe for use.
• Adhere to and enforce all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with staff and community members regarding sports activities.
• Manage inventory and budget for sports-related supplies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sports management or related field.
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
