About the role

The Site Foreperson/Superintendent is responsible for leading daily civil and sitework construction operations. They oversee crews and subcontractors, coordinate equipment and materials, and ensure work adheres to plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols. The role involves collaborating with engineers and project managers to plan activities, resolve field issues, monitor production, and report progress. Key duties include enforcing a strong safety culture, mentoring field staff, maintaining accurate site documentation, and supporting the successful delivery of projects that are on time and within budget across Mid-Atlantic construction sites.
