Your day will look like this: Ensure mobilizing leadership within your team: establish objectives, evaluate, and manage performance, identify and meet workforce needs. Plan training and development of your team. At all times, coordinate work schedules as needed and distribute projects in coordination within the team by ensuring the management of efficient project delivery. Carry out regular site visits. In collaboration with your superior and the HR team, focus on employee engagement, performance management, occupational health and safety, skills development and succession planning. Guide and act as an influence with the team and ensure the application of policies and procedures, intervene as necessary to resolve difficulties or unforeseen events. Responsible for coordination of all personnel and activities on project site. Participate in information sessions when launching new projects. Trouble shoot and assist with install as needed. Collaborate with other departments to better anticipate future work needs. Identify and eliminate potential health and safety risks. Participate in the continuous improvement of the department's work practices. Ensure compliance with contract delivery deadlines. Perform any other related duties required by the position. Manage expenses and receipts for job related costs. Responsible for all materials and tools on job sites. Your profile: University or college diploma in management or any other relevant training or work experience. in a relevant field. 5-7 years of experience in team management and/or in the field of construction or audiovisual. Experience on construction sites. Experience in technological fields. Be available for flexible work schedules and travel to installation sites. Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrate impartiality in decision-making. Very good planning, organizational and coordination skills, including the ability to set priorities in a context of tight deadlines. Be entrepreneurial and customer service oriented (internal/external). Leadership and ability to mobilize work teams. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder mangement skills. Have a good ability to anticipate problems and find effective solutions while respecting the company's policies and operational processes.
