Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of security officers and ensuring compliance with all post orders and client requirements. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Security Officers and other company personnel
• Ensure all post orders are followed and rounds are completed
• File and submit required reports
• Inspect posts and meet with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and to provide quality customer service
• Perform duties of a Security Officer as necessary

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma, GED, or completion of the GED program within 6 months
• Above average computer and technology skills
• Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Great attention to detail and vigilance throughout shift
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment
• Two years of security, military, or law enforcement experience
• One year of supervisory experience

Qualifications

• Must pass a credit check and a second interview
• Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation

Pay

$25.45 per hour
