As a Site Supervisor at Nobus, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless on-site execution, safety compliance, and workforce coordination. This position demands strong leadership, hands-on problem-solving skills, and an ability to manage multiple construction activities simultaneously. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-performing job site, ensuring every project phase runs smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• On-Site Project Oversight – Supervise daily operations, ensuring construction tasks align with schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Team Leadership & Coordination – Manage workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize productivity and streamline workflow.
• Safety & Compliance Enforcement – Uphold strict adherence to OSHA guidelines, site safety regulations, and company policies.
• Problem-Solving & Risk Management – Address site challenges, material shortages, and unexpected delays with proactive solutions.
• Quality Control & Inspections – Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and ensure adherence to project specifications.

Requirements

• 3+ years in site supervision, field operations, or construction management.
• Strong leadership abilities – ability to motivate teams, delegate tasks, and maintain an organized job site.
• Safety-first mindset – thorough knowledge of workplace safety regulations and risk management procedures.
• Hands-on problem solver – skilled in handling unexpected site challenges and maintaining efficiency under pressure.
• Effective communication – clear, professional interaction with contractors, suppliers, project managers, and stakeholders.
