Site Supervisor

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Serves as the principal liaison between the employees and the Client
• Supervises and delegates to the team to ensure productivity goals are met and team provides excellent client service
• Continuously looks for opportunities to increase the efficiency of operation
• Sets opportunities to increase services and makes recommendations to the key contact
• Exercises proficiency in explaining all products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules and guarantees to the client
• Recruits and interviews potential candidates for available positions at the site
• Hires, trains, supervises, evaluates and develops all personnel assigned to the site
• Schedules personnel to ensure compliance with performance standards and makes sure contracted hours of operation are covered without incurring overtime
• Aids Manager with tracking productivity and collects all information necessary to provide leadership and the client with monthly reports

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Previous supervisory experience in a client service-oriented field, preferably in a professional organization providing office services or administrative support
• Detail oriented with good attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
• Demonstrated ability to lead others in a professional manner
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
• Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

Pay

The Compensation range for this role is up to 24.85 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
