Site Supervisor
Mozaic (a Chapter of The Arc NY) is searching for a Site Supervisor for Day Hab/Day Services in Seneca County to join our growing team of professionals.
About the role
This position is responsible for the direct supervision of assigned Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and ensures compliance with regulations and agency policies and procedures. The Site Supervisor safeguards the rights of program participants at all times and ensures that activities and supports are implemented in accordance with each individual's Life Plan.
Responsibilities
- Direct supervision, training, and mentoring of Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, agency policies, and procedures
- Plan and coordinate daily program activities
- Verify that assigned staff receive all required training to effectively carry out DSP responsibilities
- Monitor adherence to agency standards
- Follow the program budget and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Foster positive, professional relationships with individuals' families and guardians, local businesses, and community service providers
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required
- Three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Two years supervisory or leadership experience required
- Basic computer skills

Pay
Salary Range: $48,000 - $55,000 Annually
Schedule
Monday-Friday 8am-4pm (Flexibility is Required)
