Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a hands-on leader to supervise daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy through physical cycle counts, manage defective product accountability, and drive corrective actions when needed. The ideal candidate motivates teams, maintains operational excellence, and delivers exceptional service in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop team performance through training, coaching, and motivational strategies
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback
• Implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency, productivity, and KPI achievement
• Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors
• Verify paperwork and accurately complete records and reports
• Ensure shipments are accurate, damage-free, and properly counted; maintain the product locator system
• Maintain warehouse security and inventory integrity
• Implement continuous improvement action plans
• Be flexible to work overtime and perform other operational and leadership duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of recent warehouse experience
• 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably SwiftLog or Blue Yonder

Pay

The target base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. Individual pay may vary based on experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
