Requirements
- Must have 3–4 years security experience
- Must have 1 year Site Supervisor experience
- Good communication skills
- CPR Training preferred
Responsibilities
- Start each day by aligning staffing and schedules
- Support and supervise up to 10 officers
- Ensure training standards are upheld
- Maintain exceptional service quality
- Serve as the bridge between your team and E.K.G. management
- Handle communication with clarity and confidence
- Resolve issues before they escalate
- Keep operations running smoothly and officers motivated, trained, and mission-ready
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
