Site Supervisor

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Schedules work assignments and sets priorities.
• Directs the work of subordinate employees.
• Evaluates and verifies employee performance.
• Identifies staff development and training needs.
• Maintains records and prepares reports.
• Ensures proper labor relations and conditions of employment.
• Performs other duties as defined by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Become familiar with cleaning chemical components and safety requirements.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Understand Scope of Work & Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality.

Education And/or Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One-year related experience and/or training.

Physical Requirements

• Stand, Walk, Lift/Climb, Talk, Hear.
• Reach with hands or arms.
• Use hands to finger, handle or feel.
• Up to 40 pounds.
• Loud environments.
