About the role

1st Choice Hurricane Protection is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee multiple hurricane protection projects simultaneously, including hurricane shutter and impact window and door installations. This role requires strong construction knowledge, hands-on hurricane protection experience, excellent communication, and the ability to independently manage installations from start to completion while identifying potential issues before they affect the project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple hurricane protection projects at the same time
• Manage hurricane shutter and impact window and door installations
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Identify and resolve potential issues before they impact the project
• Maintain high standards of client care and professionalism

Requirements

• Strong construction knowledge
• Hands-on hurricane protection installation experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to independently manage installations from start to finish
