Key Responsibilities
- Own the success of assigned projects through strong leadership and accountability
- Lead subcontractors and field crews with clear communication and expectations
- Maintain professional client interactions and jobsite presence
- Identify risks early and implement proactive solutions
- Review plans, specs, contracts, and code requirements for full compliance
- Manage schedules, sequencing, and daily jobsite logistics
- Track RFIs, change orders, progress, and field documentation
- Cookordination trades to ensure smooth workflow and avoid delays
- Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain budget awareness and cost control
- Support change order management and value engineering in the field
- Identify opportunities for efficiency without sacrificing quality
- Oversee inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite at all times
Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of construction experience with proven success in a Superintendent or similar leadership role
- Experience in both commercial and high-end residential construction preferred
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and sequencing
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Comfortable using JobTread, Bluebeam, Google Workspace, and basic project tracking tools
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Professional demeanor with clients and trades
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle (mileage reimbursed; no company vehicles)
- Willingness to travel between job sites (often up to 1.5-2 hours from Medway; occasional out-of-state travel possible)
- Able to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to obtain a CSL if not currently licensed
- OSHA/First Aid a plus (can be obtained after hire)
Pay & Benefits
- Full-time, W-2 employment
- Pay: $85,000 to $105,000, based on experience and capability
