Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning through implementation
- Allocate labor, equipment, and materials for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel, subcontractors, and field operations
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors and vendors to secure fair and reasonable change order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship aligned with plans, specifications, and company expectations
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion
- Travel regularly to different job sites to support field operations and project execution
Qualifications
- 5+ years of field leadership experience preferred
- Proven experience in construction management and/or asphalt paving or concrete construction
- Willingness and ability to travel to active job sites
- Strong professional communication skills (internal teams, clients, vendors)
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Deadline-driven with strong attention to detail
Pay Range
$75,000 - $150,000 per hour
