Construction Manager / Site Superintendent

Ready to lead projects from the ground up and see your work shape communities? We’re looking for an experienced Construction Manager to take charge of on-site operations and help deliver high-quality projects safely, on time, and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
• Maintain project schedules and quality standards
• Run jobsite meetings and daily coordination
• Resolve field issues quickly and effectively
• Manage documentation, reports, and closeout activities
• Keep projects moving safely and efficiently

Requirements

• 5+ years supervising commercial or industrial construction projects
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage daily jobsite operations independently
• Strong communication and computer skills
