Site Superintendent (Landscape / Irrigation)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Field Superintendent to join our construction company, focusing on commercial and public works projects throughout Southern California. The position is based in the San Fernando Valley.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily field oversight on all ongoing and incoming projects, including hiring and training.
• Conduct jobsite inspections prior to mobilization.
• Attend preconstruction and coordination meetings.
• Review and interpret blueprints for field personnel.
• Communicate all job-related issues from the site and crew to management.
• Coordinate material and deliveries between the field and the office management team.
• Enforce safety protocols to protect both employees and the environment.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish (required).
• 5 years of experience in the landscape industry, specifically in commercial/public work.
• Proficiency in irrigation.
• Knowledge of landscape equipment.
• Ability to prioritize work and multitask.
