Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site activities, ensuring projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget goals.
- Enforce OSHA standards, site safety protocols, and industry best practices to maintain a safe work environment.
- Cookordination and management of subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflows.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address challenges, and uphold project specifications.
- Review project plans, schedules, and budgets, and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Lead site meetings, maintain clear communication, and resolve conflicts or challenges as they arise.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local building codes and regulations.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members, fostering professional development.
- Maintain accurate project records, including schedules, budgets, and safety compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years as a Site Superintendent or similar role in commercial and government construction projects.
- OSHA certifications (30-hour minimum required) and site safety training are mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple subcontractors and timelines.
- Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, project specifications, and technical documents.
- Comprehensive understanding of building codes, safety protocols, and federal/state regulations.
- Proficient in construction management software and basic computer applications.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license, ability to travel to various project sites, and the physical stamina to work on active construction sites.

Work Schedule
Full-Time Monday to Friday with occasional weekend hours as required.
