What You'll Do As the Superintendent, you will serve as the field leader responsible for the daily execution and overall success of assigned construction projects. Key Responsibilities Lead all pre-construction planning activities, including:Project schedulesSite logistics plansSafety plansCrisis management planningSite-specific rules and proceduresManage field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and project partners throughout constructionConduct daily huddles and weekly planning meetings to align teams and maintain project momentumCoordinate material deliveries, equipment logistics, and site operationsDevelop, maintain, and adjust project schedules to meet project milestonesPartner with Project Managers to keep schedules, costs, and resources alignedSupport subcontractor selection, procurement efforts, and RFI managementImplement and maintain site-specific quality control plansEnsure drawings, logs, inspection records, and project documentation remain accurate and currentAssist in maintaining As-Built documentation throughout the project lifecycleManage labor, material, and equipment resources to support budget performanceReview project costs, projections, and expenditures with the project teamLead project closeout activities, including:Punch list completionCommissioningFinal inspectionsOwner training and turnoverChampion Lean construction principles, Pull Planning, and continuous improvement initiativesFoster a strong safety culture through jobsite meetings, orientations, and proactive safety leadershipEnsure full compliance with OSHA regulations and site-specific safety requirementsBuild strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in commercial constructionProven experience leading field operations on commercial construction projectsStrong background in project management and field supervisionExperience managing large and complex construction projectsStrong understanding of estimating, budgeting, and cost controlAbility to manage and coordinate multiple subcontractors and trade partnersExperience developing and managing construction schedulesStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following project types: Healthcare FacilitiesEducational FacilitiesManufacturing PlantsIndustrial FacilitiesLarge Commercial Developments Additional experience with Lean Construction methodologies, Pull Planning, and continuous improvement programs is highly valued. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $180000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
