SITE STAFF MANAGER

Description Hands-on Site Staff Manager responsible for maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of Oak Terrace Condominium buildings, common areas, and amenities including pool and fitness center. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting) Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly Conduct regular property inspections and address issues proactively Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors Maintain pool, fitness center, and common areas Manage building access systems, keys, and door codes Maintain maintenance records and work order documentation Available for emergency response and after-hours calls SCHEDULE Monday through Friday, weekends as needed. Salary Description $30.00 - $40.00 hourly Requirements 3-5 years property maintenance or facilities management experience Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license Ability to work on ladders CPO certification or willingness to obtain (preferred)
