Site Services Operator

About the Role
Holy Dippers is growing, and we are looking for a Site Services Operator to join our team serving construction and commercial sites in the Monroe–Holy Ridge area. Our Site Services Operators are responsible for safely operating our vacuum and water trucks and performing the hands-on work required to service our customers. We can teach you how to operate our equipment and service our units. You bring the work eth work ethic.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vacuum and water trucks.
- Drive to assigned dispatched units.
- Hook and unhook vacuum and/or water hoses.
- Connect water hoses and deliver non-potable water.
- Operate vacuum pumps and water pumps.
- Inspect units and identify service or maintenance needs.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment or make maintenance ticket.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional truck and work area.
- Complete required service documentation and communicate issues to your supervisor.
- Provide professional and courteous service while representing Holy Dippers on customer jobsites.
- Follow all company, DOT, OSHA, and customer jobsite safety requirements.
- Assist with additional services such as dust control, barricade filling, and other field services as needed.
THIS IS A HANDS-ON JOB You will handle hoses, connect equipment, operate pumps, service restroom units, inspect equipment, troubleshoot problems, and work outdoors in a variety of conditions.

Qualifications
- Valid CDL or the ability and willingness to obtain a CDL.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to safely operate trucks and equipment after training.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to safely regularly bend, kneel, climb on and off trucks, handle hoses, and perform physical field work.
- Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
- Willingness to work around wastewater and perform hands-on restroom servicing.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and company standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous CDL driving experience.
- Vacuum truck, water truck, septic, portable restroom, environmental services, construction, or similar field-service experience.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Experience operating pumps or other truck-mounted equipment.
No vacuum truck experience? That's okay. If you have the right attitude, work ethic, CDL—or the ability to obtain one—and are willing to learn, we will train you on our equipment and service procedures.
Schedule
Holy Dippers provides service 7 days a week. Operators work a rotating schedule averaging approximately 40–50 hours per week, with the opportunity to work up to 60 hours per week when business needs require it. Shifts start at 5am and 6am and weekend hours are required. Overtime is available. Flexibility and reliability are important requirements of this position.
