Site Selection Specialist (Remote)

About the role

The Site Selection Specialist is responsible for facilitating the submission and selection process on behalf of WCG Site Network sites. Duties include, but are not limited to, querying the network database for possible sites, soliciting feedback from interested sites, preparing questionnaires, timely submission of materials, facilitating the selection process and follow-up on status.

Responsibilities

• Drive the site selection process by ensuring sites are meeting Sponsor/CRO timelines;
• Facilitate submission of feasibility questionnaires, CDAs and other study documents;
• Reach out to WCG Site Network sites to gauge interest in study participation;
• Conduct follow-up communications to clients to obtain additional information;
• Utilize feedback and support as needed from Director, WCG Site Network in instances where information gathering is stalled or difficult;
• Track specific study and network information in databases and spreadsheets;
• Promote WCG Site Network sites to Sponsor/CRO clients to maximize network site participation.

Qualifications/Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience working in a professional environment;
• Effective oral and written communication;
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail, with proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and problem solve effectively;
• Superior interpersonal skills; with the ability to work individually with clients and collaborate with coworkers in a team environment;
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
