Responsibilities

  • Lead the site procurement strategy for the US data center portfolio, sourcing and evaluating powered land for large-scale development and negotiating leases with data center operators.

  • You align stakeholders across diverse internal and external teams, and you'll travel 20%+ as projects require.

Qualifications

  • Bonus: Behind-the-meter power evaluation. Hyperscale-scale land deals. Utility interconnection familiarity. Multi-region portfolio planning.

Skills

  • Experience with large-scale data center development and procurement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits

  • Retirement or pension plan, in line with local norms.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Generous PTO policy, in line with local norms.

Pay
