About the role
GardaWorld is seeking a Site Security Manager to oversee the daily operations of a security site, ensuring the safety and security of the premises.
Responsibilities
- Schedule staff and conduct site inspections
- Handle incidents and maintain compliance with security protocols
- Coach, counsel, and issue corrective action as needed
- Communicate directly with the Site Client and Client Service Manager
- Provide training to new and current guards on monthly training and new protocols set by the client
- Ensure guards are clocking in/out accurately
- Manage technology skills, written skills, front desk duties, and vendor/check contractor interactions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- High school education or equivalent (GED)
- 3+ years prior experience working in a supervisory role, in either military, law enforcement, or security
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Windows 10, MS Word, Excel, email, typing, and WinTeam experience (plus)
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record meeting company vehicle and insurance eligibility standards
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification or ability to obtain certification
- OSHA certification or ability to obtain certification
Qualifications

Benefits

Pay
$70,700.00 / year
Schedule
Monday through Friday, this position may require working long hours and on weekends as required by business needs.
