Site Safety Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment standards for the Nutrien Ag Solutions facility.
• Work with Facility Managers to fix and upgrade equipment not up to standard.
• Maintain safety and maintenance records on facilities and equipment to meet or exceed legislative requirements.
• Encourage a safe environment through employee training and management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience in a safety or operational environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work well alone and in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to professionally communicate information.
• Excellent written communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks with flexibility.
• Prompt and regular attendance with a commitment to safe work performance.
• Willingness to travel and undergo training as required.
• Understanding and compliance with all company policies and government regulations.
• Valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Field experience in pesticides is a plus.
• QA Certification is a plus.
