Site Repair Lead
About the role
The team in Commercial Aircraft Group is seeking a Site Repair Lead to join them. This role reports to the Global Repair Manager and operates on an onsite, 1st shift schedule in East Aurora, New York.
Responsibilities
- Escalate shortages and part issues that could impact customer delivery.
- Expedite material flow and communication for repair stations, A&T, supplier leads.
- Execute MRP and Rapid Response signals in a timely manner.
- Ensure site issues are captured in the system and visible globally.
- Report material issues quickly and clearly.
- Confirm that repairs and spares will be shipped on time concerning materials.
- Coordinate closely with the Commercial Aircraft Service Center to meet all commitments.
- Be flexible to facilitate or join global meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field and 3 years of relevant experience.
- In lieu of a degree, equivalent experience may be considered.

Buffalo, NY: $70,000.00–$85,000.00 Annually
