Site Reliability and Security Operations Engineer

For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Site Reliability and Security Operations Engineer to join their team. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Ensure security of speech products through patching and application code development
• Oversee operational deployments and maintenance of production systems
• Implement performance monitoring and capacity planning for Core Speech products
• Maintain operational alerting systems for reliable performance
• Respond to alerts and support site reliability during off-hours on a rotational basis
• Drive system performance improvements through collaborative and independent project work

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in operations support/application development or high school diploma with 8+ years of equivalent experience
• Strong attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with devops tools like Python and shell scripting
• Experience with SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL, and non-SQL databases like MongoDB
• Knowledge of cloud orchestration tools such as Ansible, Kubernetes, and Terraform

Pay

$106,000 – $145,750 annually
