Site Quality Lead

Join our team as a Site Quality Lead, where you'll oversee product testing, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and lead quality assurance initiatives. This role manages a small team, promotes workplace safety, supports continuous improvement, and serves as a key resource for food safety and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead daily quality operations, audits, and product testing.Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, HACCP, and customer requirements.Train and coach staff on food safety and quality practices.Investigate and resolve quality issues, complaints, and nonconformances.Maintain accurate records, lab equipment, and supplies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or 5+ years equivalent experience.Strong knowledge of food safety standards; HACCP/SQF/PCQI certifications preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Work Environment: This position involves production floor work, exposure to varying temperatures, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
