Site Project Specialists

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee the receipt, inspection, and inventory of all materials and equipment from arrival at site through to final handover to construction disciplines.
• Implement and maintain rigorous storage and preservation procedures (e.g., dehumidification, space heater activation) according to OEM documentation and GEV specifications.
• Ensure compliance with GE Vernova’s quality and EHS standards.
• Ability to use a computer and mobile device proficiently, grasp new software concepts, and use Microsoft Office Suite.
• Drive resolution of OS&D (Over, Short, and Damaged) reports from stakeholders.
• Run ad-hoc and scheduled operational reports to inform project leadership of status, risks, and critical deviations.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).
• Operational Agility: Ability to work on long-term field assignments, including holidays, weekends, and overtime as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Higher Diploma or Degree level, preferably in an engineering discipline and/or significant relevant project management, engineering and/or construction experience.
• 7+ years working experience in project management.
• English proficiency required.

Compensation And Benefits
