About the role
Umicore is a global advanced materials and recycling group that develops, produces, and recycles materials for a better life. The Fuel Cell And Stationary Catalysts team designs and produces high-performance stationary catalysts and next generation fuel-cell technologies to support clean air and green mobility.
The team is looking for a new member to help improve the way the world moves by finding new ways to do things, discovering new solutions, and developing new ideas.
Responsibilities
- Delivers expert work in General P&O with high quality and timeliness, applying best practices and standards.
- Owns complex tasks in Human Resources Information System (HRIS), data entry, producing accurate outputs and identifying risks or anomalies proactively.
- Analyzes problems, recommends options, and implements improvements in methods, tools, or data flows.
- Collaborates with adjacent teams and stakeholders, communicating insights and recommendations clearly.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver high-quality outcomes and knowledge sharing.
- Mentors less experienced colleagues, reviewing deliverables and elevating team standards.
