Site Operations Manager with Security Clearance

About the Role

On-site leadership of all physical warehouse and distribution operations at Fort Bliss, Texas, serving as the site's primary hand receipt holder for Government property. This role manages receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations, executing the full property control mission.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of all warehouse operations, including receiving, MRO, inventory, and distribution.
• Manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Maintain a property control system in accordance with FAR and DFARS, serving as the primary hand receipt holder.
• Assist with GFP inventories and audits.
• Prepare and maintain a complete property control system in accordance with FAR 45.1 and DFARS 245.1.
• Report all losses via the loss tool in the GFP Module in PIEE (per 252.245-7002).
• Disposition off-station assets in accordance with DFARS 252.245-7004.
• Use AR 725-50 and AR 735-5 as guides for property control.
• Establish and maintain a stock control and stock locator system for all Government property in possession.
• Assist with annual GFP/GFM inventories and audits.
• Prepare and deliver property reports in accordance with CDRL A013, A014, and A015.
• Manage Government-provided incidental property (office space, desks, chairs, telephones, computers, printers, copiers, fax machines) that remains accountable to the Government while being used on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience leading analytical teams.
• 3+ years of experience in DoD leadership.
