Site Monitor

Job Summary

Conduct and prepare written assessments on daily/weekly basis that reflect field observations. Collect, maintain and organize participant time sheets on a weekly basis. Site Monitors must travel from worksite to worksite via public transportation daily. Act as a liaison between the worksite and PAL. Communicate with the Program Supervisor (s) daily regarding program participants and worksites. Maintain participant files. Collect evaluations. Monitor participants' performance at worksites. Ensure worksites are providing a safe and supportive environment to youth assigned to the site. Report any issues. Distribute and collect all program documents as necessary. Assist with preparation of files for audit.

• Experience working with the target population.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Navigating the New York City transportation system.
• Working with a culturally diverse youth population (sometimes in a virtual setting).
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and other software applications.
• Background check required within 30 days of acceptance of the position.
