Type of contract: Long-term At-will. Expected hiring date: October 2026. Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving to meet customer requirements.
• Supervise the preparation area and loading of finished product onto trucks.
• Ensure supplies to production lines.
• Drive safety, quality, cost and delivery for the assigned shift.
• Consistently apply policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Material Management/Supervision.
• Previous automotive and supply chain experience required.
• Adequate leadership training or secondary education.
