Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies
- Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members
- Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors
- Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, product is counted, and all necessary records and reports are completed accurately and on time
- Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory
- Implement continuous improvement action plans
- Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
- 2 or more years in a supervisory role
- At least 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without the need for current or future employer sponsorship (this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship)

Schedule
Rotating 2-Week Schedule: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday; Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Hours: Sunday‑Thursday
