Responsibilities
- Manage the setup and breakdown of equipment at live events
- Ensure smooth operation of audio, video, IT and communication systems
- Collaborate with event staff and vendors to ensure seamless execution of events
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during events
- Prepare and present project plans and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in event management or related field
- Strong knowledge of audio, video, IT and communication systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management software
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
