Oversight & Clinical Management

Directly oversee day-to-day operations of Virsono clinics, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all sites and consistent with the Virsono national brand.

Implement and maintain standardized practices across all clinics under their purview.

Track and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts and targets.

Team Management & Development

Lead, mentor, and provide direction to the On-site Clinic Support Staff across the region.

Foster a cohesive team environment across all clinics, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.

Assist with the hiring, training, and professional development initiatives for staff in their region.

Ensure all team members are well-trained and updated on all hearing solutions offered at Virsono and deliver consistent patient care.

Cook up coordination with remote Audiology team, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to operate effectively.

Marketing & Product Knowledge

Assist with the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies to promote Virsono services, Earlens Hearing devices and acoustic hearing aids.

Manage the marketing budget for the region, ensuring a high return on investment as directed.

Stay updated on Earlens products and ensure this knowledge is disseminated across all clinics.

Engage in community outreach and develop robust physician referral programs to bolster the brand's presence in the community.

Liaison with ENT Offices

Establish strong relationships with ENT professionals.

Address any concerns or inquiries from ENT offices and act as the primary point of contact.

Regularly update the ENT office about patient feedback, and other relevant details.

Cook up coordination, prepare and deliver the quarterly business review.
