Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure high performance in the teams, fostering a sense of teamwork and belonging across all warehouses.
• Ensure best-in-class standards for scooters by working with the team to provide the highest service for end users.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and structure workflow in the field and warehouses, including shift planning, performance follow-up, and implementing standard operating procedures.
• Work hands-on with the maintenance and repairs of vehicles to ensure high quality, extend vehicle lifetime, and minimize cost.
• Act as a safety role model and actively maintain a safe work environment.
• Manage all warehouse personnel.
• Serve as the point of contact for external parties such as 3PLs, landlords, staffing agencies, and local business associations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to screen, interview, onboard, and train new team members on in-field and warehouse tasks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of previous work experience within logistics, operations, or similar, preferably in a high-pace environment.
• Experience managing large teams.
• General knowledge of digital work tools (MS Office, G Suite, ERP systems) and data tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Curiosity about new technology and AI, and confidence using digital tools to streamline daily work.
• General understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.
• Excellent communication skills, leadership training, and conflict resolution.
• Fluency in English.
• A valid driver’s license for Sweden.
