Site Manager

About the role

Site Manager position in Las Cruces, New Mexico (On‑Site) supporting a fast‑paced healthcare facilities environment. The role oversees plant operations, supports compliance and performance goals, and serves as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the plant operations team while supporting maintenance, financial, CMMS, safety, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Oversee maintenance, projects, and vendor activity to help support critical operations and facility functions.
• Track trends, review KPI and SLA performance, and recommend action plans when standards are below target.
• Support safe, compliant operations by ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, safety practices, and infection control procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision experience.
• Managerial experience with proven budget responsibility and personnel management responsibility.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS SharePoint, and CMMS/Work Order systems.
• Experience working in healthcare environments and leading client‑facing, multi‑tasking operations.
