Site Manager, Area (Multiple Sites)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Aid in the implementation and standardization of safety programs across all sites.
• Manage and direct the preparation of forecasts and budgets for the area.
• Make recommendations for budget modifications to local management and/or Corporate Finance.
• Support the maintenance of relationships with key customer contacts at each site.
• Compile and submit weekly Site Reports to the Regional Manager.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled site audits with staff and key customer contacts.
• Schedule and manage quarterly business reviews (QBR) for the assigned area.
• Create and implement plans for efficient use of resources.
• Train and guide employees on communication, purchasing, and equipment usage.
• Inspect assigned accounts and frequently visit customers.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure adherence to customer and SBM specifications.
• Occasionally travel for work-related purposes.

Qualifications

• Completion of a bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field from a four-year college or university.
• At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Computer proficiency and commercial acumen.
• Experience in supervising and training employees.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Frequent sitting and talking/listening.
• Occasional lifting and moving of up to 35 pounds.
• Varies based on the nature of the work, including frequent visits to customer sites and occasional travel.

Pay

$80,000-90,000 annually.
