Site Manager - 3rd Shift

What's the Job?

Supervise and coordinate the night shift team and external vendors to ensure efficient maintenance operations
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and life safety systems to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and facility issues, conducting inspections and reporting on conditions affecting occupancy and operations
Prepare detailed operational reports and technical evaluations, documenting work performance and materials procurement using work order systems
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, participate in ongoing safety training, and identify hazards for elimination

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• At least five years of relevant experience in HVAC or facilities maintenance, with a minimum of two years managing maintenance or engineering personnel
• EPA Section 608 Universal certification and valid refrigeration technician's license
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Building Management System (BMS), and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills with a comprehensive understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

Pay & Benefits

• Pay rate: $38/hr-$41/hr (Higher salary can be discussed)
