About the role

The Site Manager serves as the primary leader responsible for the continuous, safe, and compliant operation of an industrial site. This role oversees all aspects of site performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24/7 site operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance (OSHA, DEP, EPA, etc.)
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, vendors, and regulatory bodies
• Manage site financials including budgeting, P&L, and capital investments
• Drive safety initiatives and enforce company policies
• Oversee staffing, training, performance management, and team development

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operations management in steel, construction, aggregate, or related industries
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong background in preventive maintenance and industrial safety
• Experience leading maintenance teams and working with heavy equipment
• Skilled in project planning, business strategy, and communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Must be adaptable, proactive, ethical, and results-driven

Salary: $110,000.00 USD Annually – $125,000.00 USD Annually
