About the role
The Site Lean Enterprise Transformation Lead will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the Prismatic USA facility, focusing on lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies to improve operational processes and reduce waste.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of lean tools and techniques such as value stream mapping, 5S, and Kaizen events.
- Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of lean thinking among employees.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of lean initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and report on the progress of lean transformation projects and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in lean manufacturing or process improvement roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading lean transformation projects in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of lean tools and methodologies, including but not limited to value stream mapping, 5S, and Kaizen events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Qualifications
- Experience with Six Sigma or other advanced process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in lean manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
