Must-Haves
- GED/Diploma required; college degree preferred
- Four years of experience in logistics and/or transportation or can be less if a college degree
- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing people, 1 of which is in a similar industry
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and mathematical skills
- Effective communication skills including the ability to give honest, constructive feedback
- Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Compensation
The expected starting base pay range for this position is $84,000 - $105,000, with a full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $105,000 - $126,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Your Mission In Motion
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team through effective hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee engagement strategies
- Drive operational excellence by analyzing KPIs, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety and labor standards
- Oversee daily labor planning and sort operations, partnering with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and ensure resource alignment
- Champion a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to key protocols such as dock safety and lockout/tagout procedures
- Build strong relationships with Contracted Service Providers (RSPs), managing contractual performance and facilitating clear, ongoing communication
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the floor, ensuring operational readiness, materials availability, and continuous process efficiency
