Site Leader

Job Description

The Site Leader oversees daily Accounts Receivable (AR) Check Processing operations, ensuring secure, accurate, and timely execution of all workflows while meeting contractual SLAs. This role serves as the primary onsite customer contact, leads a small operations team, drives performance, and supports future expansion into additional Print & Mail services.

Operational Leadership

• Serves as the primary customer point of contact for operational issues, escalations, and service updates.
• Maintains reporting on processing volumes, backlogs, productivity, and service performance.
• Ensures compliance with customer requirements, security controls, retention policies, and financial document handling procedures.
• Monitors workload, establishes priorities, and ensures service commitments are met.
• Identifies and implements process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinates and oversees the daily activities of an additional team member.
• Provides training, coaching, and ongoing performance feedback.
• Owns SLA attainment, quality metrics, and operational reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Customer-facing experience in a service delivery environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
