Site Lead with Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Affords assistance in all contract-related aspects of ASOT.
• Participates in all course planning efforts, including After Action Reviews, In-Progress Reviews (IPR’s), and Commanders Updates Briefs (CUB) as needed by the government.
• Assists in maintaining a detailed roster of qualified personnel to support all facets of training for ASOT, ASOTMC, and ORMC.
• Supports the establishment of a comprehensive recruiting strategy for all key positions and supporting roles within the program.
• Ensures timely delivery of all services, products, and reporting to the government.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid driver's license.
• All contractor personnel must hold and maintain a SECRET-level security clearance through the Defense Information System for Security (DISS).
• Must have 5 years of SOF (Special Operations Forces) operational experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant program management or site lead experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (with emphasis on Intelligence or Business).
• Graduated from the Advanced Special Operations Course (ASOT).

Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
