About the role

The Site Lead - EUO Onsite Support is responsible for leading onsite support operations in the EUO region. This position requires strong leadership skills and experience in IT support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage onsite support teams
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT support or management
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Security clearance preferred but not required
• Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
