Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
- Monitor and manage delivery schedules, routes, and logistics to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high service standards
- Cookordination and lead the Picking, Packing, Routing, and Dispatching activities
- Utilize systems (Netsuite, RF Smart, Shopify, Hubspot) to troubleshoot, deep dive issues, and streamline processes
- Innovate on processes to drive improvement
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse associates and delivery drivers
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and training to enhance team performance
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Maintain health and safety standards within the area and promote a positive culture on site
- Carry out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures
Customer Service
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong communication and service quality
- Implement strategies to improve customer experience and retention
Financial Management
- Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the site with oversight from the Regional Director, ensuring financial targets are met
- Develop and manage the site budget, including labor, equipment, and material costs
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and operational improvement
Reporting And Analysis
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, key metrics, and KPIs
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement action plans based on analytical insights
Compliance And Safety
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety standards
- Implement and maintain safety protocols for delivery operations
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Internally interface with cross-functional partners including Supply Chain, Engineering, Customer Service, and Revenue
