Site Inventory Lead - (100% Travel)

Tasks

• Prepares reports, correspondence, and/or statistics regarding project-specific items such as site safety, movement of materials, and schedule requirements.
• Maintains records and filing systems.
• Types and/or enters data into computer systems, including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database, or specialized software packages.
• Administers programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the organizational unit served.

Qualifications

• 100% travel required.
• Minimum 3 years in materials inventory management experience within a project-focused environment.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical components required.
• Handling inventory receipts, stow-away, picking/staging, transportation, inventory and action updates in Materials Management Tool.
• Minimum 1 year of onsite leadership experience.
• Leading material handlers/Inventory Associates.
• Directing shipping/receiving/logistics Associates.
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, influencing without authority, leadership skills, and competence in making timely, effective, principles-based decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to build credibility and confidence with a wide variety of leaders.
• Self-motivated with a desire to create a positive impact to the team.
• Demonstrated ability to report effective KPI-driven operating/execution cadence.
• Demonstrated team-building skills with the ability to improve interaction and efficiency as well as the ability to break down barriers/silos.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong PC skills with MS Office.
